RULES and T&C's

The boring bit. We know that no one wants to sit and read pages and pages of rules, so we will keep it basic.

COMMUITY RULES:

  • Treat everyone with fairness and respect.
  •  No drama or toxic behaviour.
  • Keep your Discord profile appropriate.
  • Do not spam.
  • No self-promotion or advertisements.
  • No personal information.
  • You must be aged 18 or over to be accepted into the community.
  • No racism or hurtful words towards anyone and no bullying.
  • No political or religious topics.
  • Common sense, this is a very serious rule within our server, and ask that it's followed at all times.
  • Rules are subject to common sense.
  • No cheating.
  • RP is optional. When Roleplaying please RP each scenario to the best of your ability. There is no such thing as Fail RP as each scenario can be improvised on.
  • DO NOT randomly kill someone, killing another person should come with a reason and someone annoying you is not a valid reason.
  • No screen sniping (do not watch someone's stream to find them etc).
  • Do not attempt to manipulate our systems to your advantage.
  • Most important of all, chill out and have fun.
  • Lastly no META gaming. If things are said OOC or out of the server please do not bring it into the game. We want to provide an enjoyable environment for everyone and this is all for fun. Sit back and chill.

Regulations:

These are simple T&C's while participating in our safe haven [HIGHLAND HAVEN].

Number 1:
You must have a mic in order to participate. We respectfully request that if you are in a whitelisted role within the server that you commit to at least 3hrs of gaming per week in order to maintain businesses etc. Please note new members will not be accepted into whitelisted roles as soon as they join. You are required to have been in the city and have a minimum of 1 week play time in the city which will be confirmed via our txAdmin

Number 2:
If you are Roleplaying please make use of all in game services provided from Police, Fire, Mechanics and other Businesses. Keep everything in character when in RP and do not involve your other characters to RP scenarios. 

Number 3:
Like all our whitelist job members, the Police put incredible amounts of hours into training therefore they can seem a bit harsh/ strict at times, be mindful they RPing like all whitelisted job members and they mean no disrespect to you as a person . They are RPing to be a cop after all.

Number 4:
Our safe haven is aimed at providing an enjoyable environment for all players giving them and opportunity to either carry out RP or just roam the city carrying out jobs. RP is optional and does not need to be done or enforced.

Number 5:
We will never ask you for money this is strictly against FiveM policy. However, should you wish to donate to the server please feel free to see the merch channel or watch for the Official Highland Haven Tik Tok going LIVE. All donations help towards the upkeep of the server and are non-refundable and include but are not limited to, files, cash, contributions towards a file, etc.
All contributions/donations or files etc are server owned and should you choose to leave or on the rare occasion you are banned from the server, you will not be entitled to a refund or able to request the server to seize using contributed files, etc. Please note this is not an exhaustive list as contributions can be made in many ways, however, for the purpose of your knowledge, this includes all contributions, gifts, sharing of files or platforms, and anything else that's given to the server.

Number 6:
Advertising space is now available within the city. If you open a ticket in the support channel to request advertising space you can discuss this with the team for more information.

Number 7:
Please do not share any personal details in the server or discord. When creating your character please try not to use real information, be creative...
